Or you might prefer the other Aussie speciality of lamb oven roasted. I love to bake bread, sourdough, cakes and pastries. Try our favourite dessert of pavlova, a delicious meringue and fresh fruit concoction.
A typical menu might consist of a shared appertiser of middle eastern dips and breads. Main course BBQ of beef, lamb, seafood or chicken (please indicate a preference when booking), and dessert of pavlova or perhaps a fresh fruit tart.
